For owners who know the space needs help and want a professional eye, without the full commitment of a design project.
One working session and a clearly laid path to start.
What's included A 75-minute working session, in person or over video, walking your space room by room. We talk use, flow, and feel: who's staying here, what the space needs to do for them, what's working and what isn't. You will receive: A concept direction for the space, in writing, tied to how it will actually be used A furniture and layout plan for each room covered A curated selection of pieces that fit the concept, with sourcing guidance What it's not This is direction, not documentation. You won't get construction drawings, vendor coordination, or a styling day. It's built to get you most of the way there on your own. If you want it fully executed If you move to full design services within 60 days of receiving your package, the full session fee credits toward your design fee. After 60 days, it's a standard new engagement. Investment $750-1500 depending on scope and number of rooms.
Design + Procurement
A fully specified, fully sourced plan. You handle the room.
What's included
A working session covering your full space, followed by complete space planning and specification, room by room. Once the concept is set, we handle procurement: purchasing, tracking, and managing delivery for every piece on the plan, with trade pricing built in.
You will receive:
A concept direction for the space, in writing, tied to how it will actually be used
Full space planning and specification for each room covered
Every piece on the plan purchased and tracked through delivery
Studio-made pieces integrated throughout the space
One round of revisions before the concept is finalized
What it's not
We source, purchase, and deliver. We don't manage installation, contractor coordination, or on-site work. You or your team places furniture and finishes the room once everything arrives.
If you want it fully executed
If you move to full-service design within 60 days of project completion, the full fee credits toward your design fee. After 60 days, it's a standard new engagement.
Investment
Design fee scoped by square footage, plus sourced goods at cost with a standard procurement markup. Final pricing depends on space size and furnishing scope. Get in touch for a project estimate.

Start to finish. You don't touch a thing until it's done.
What's included
A working session and full space planning, followed by complete project management from concept through install. This covers everything in Design & Sourcing, plus construction documentation where applicable, on-site installation, and a final styling day.
You will receive:

Construction documentation, coordinated with your contractor or architect
Every piece sourced, purchased, and delivered, with vendor coordination through final walkthrough
On-site installation and styling
Studio-made pieces designed or customized specifically for the space
What it's not
This is the complete experience. You're involved at key decision points; we handle everything between them.
Investment
Quoted per project based on scope, square footage, and FF&E budget. Typically provided after an initial walkthrough or consultation.
